WELCOME EVENT PHOTOGRAPHERS!
A FASTER WAY TO PROCESS AND LOAD YOUR PHOTOS ONLINE FOR CLIENTS TO VIEW!
WELCOME!
My name is Traci Davenport. I am so glad you are checking out my website!
For years my passion has been capturing action shots at equine events. Whether barrel racing, rodeo, reining or any other challenging equine event, I love the beauty and strength that both horse and rider exude striving to reach their goals in the show pen. From day one, I have tried to find a better system, that allows customers to view and find their photos. My search began for a better way.
The first step was a conversation I had with a brilliant friend of mine, Philip Marsden. My venting on the lack of choices to handle my data, started the ball rolling. One thing led to another, and a fire began the led to an idea, that led to a SOLUTION. He and I discussed the needs, and his amazing mind went to work. It has taken us years to create a program that allows more time capturing the shots we all love, and requires less time sorting, editing and loading. The BULK IMAGE PROCESSOR - BIP is equivalent to hiring one or two "assistants" at your event to sort and load photos.
Whether it is a one day event, or a multiple day event, you understand the work it requires by the photographer, and sometimes many assistants to process the large volume of photos that are taken. BIP handles the photos so you don't have to. It is designed to ingest your photos, sort them by a descriptor (name, back number, etc) as well as adding additional descriptors to the photo itself.
Over the last year, I have exclusively used this program at several large barrel races in my area, as well as NRHA events to sort and load my photos. The BBR world we operated 3 arenas, 3 photographers and processed over 100,000 photos with the use of BIP.
We currently have about 10 beta testers successfully using BIP. The beta testing allows us to improve BIP for different workflows, cameras and event types. If you are interested in Beta Testing BIP, feel free to contact me for more info!
